Summary[]

Pendragon drives the group of kids back to their town. Monica feels like there is a elephant in the room, but doesn't not how to lighten the mood, so she stays silent until they arrive to the master's house. Once there, Pendragon and Mark leave again to give the van back to Evans. Monica tries to cheer up Dorian, but he retorts angrily that none of that would have happened if her father hadn't order to burn the witches many years ago. The princess defends herself saying that it happened long ago and that she would never do something like that, but Dorian remembers her that she tried to do that once in the past, when they first met, and then slams the door behind himself. Monica asks Dani if she thinks she is a bad person, but the girl just smiles sadly without uttering a word before running back inside the house.

Later that night, Dorian lays on his bed reading again the letter they found in the candy house in the forest. While he ponders about the contents of the letter, Dani visits him. She explains she can't fall asleep and he asks him if she can stay with him for the night. Dorian makes space for her in his bed and they start talking about that morning's events. Dani says it was stupid of her to admit in front of those men she is a witch, but Dorian retorts it wasn't her fault. He says there kinds of things shouldn't happen and that he would like to do something to fix it. Dorian tells her they should go to the Witches Sabbath. Dani remembers him the witches who sent the letter mentioned they wanted to overthrow the actual kind, Monica's father, and that is wasn't right. But as she finally falls asleep, Dorian comments that in the end they are still witches.
